Trauma Release is an advanced and optional module of the Myofascial Energetic Release professional training. This module introduces an integrative approach to trauma release, focusing on breath, movement, and touch. Participants learn techniques to charge and regulate energy, address underlying trauma, and align harmonically with clients.
