Cancellation conditions for all Elemental Bodywork trainings

Thank you for your registration.
Organising an Elemental Bodywork training involves advance commitments and non-recoverable costs for the association (venue rental, teacher travel, materials, and operational expenses). For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.

In the event that you are unable to attend or need to cancel your participation, the following conditions apply:
More than 6 weeks before the start of the course
Your deposit may be postponed and transferred to another Elemental Bodywork training, subject to a €50 administrative fee.
From 6 weeks before the start of the course
Deposits can no longer be postponed.
An exception may be considered only in cases of force majeure, and only upon presentation of official administrative justification documents. Any request must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors for review.
For registrations to the full MER training, the same rules apply as for individual modules.
In cases of postponement granted for force majeure, an €80 administrative fee will be applied.
Special Considerations – (Ex: Covid-19) - Depending on the current circumstances, we are flexible in this regard.
Policies may be adapted according to the prevailing health context.
If a course is cancelled by Elemental Bodywork due to health restrictions:
Your deposit will be postponed only, and may be:
Transferred to new dates for the same course, or
Used for another Elemental Bodywork training
No refunds will be issued.
If you must cancel due to government restrictions:
Your deposit may be postponed to another training, subject to a €50 administrative fee.
In case of last-minute COVID-related issues:
Your deposit may be postponed to another training, subject to a €50 administrative fee.
If you cancel without government restrictions:
Standard cancellation conditions apply.
Deposits remain non-refundable.
Please note:
Any last-minute cancellation for medical reasons must be supported by a medical certificate.
