Organizing your registration for one of our courses requires the association to incur certain costs (location, travel, materials, operation of the association).

For Myofascial Energetic Release trainings in France and Greece:

In case of impediment or cancellation on your part:

• More than 6 weeks before the course: you can transfer your deposit to another course (-50€ administrative costs).

• From 6 weeks before the start of the course: for the smooth running of our training, it will no longer be possible for you to cancel unless specifically requested in writing to the board of directors (case of force majeure).

Special considerations COVID 19, in view of the current special circumstances, we are very flexible at this level:

• In the event that the training cannot take place due to current health restrictions, new dates will be offered to you. You will also have the possibility of using your deposit for another course organized by the association or of being reimbursed in full (if there are any, bank charges will remain your responsibility).

• If the course is maintained but government rules or constraints specific to your country force you to cancel your participation, you will have the possibility of using your deposit for another course organized by the association or to be reimbursed less a contribution. at our administrative costs of €50.

• If the course is maintained but you have a last minute problem related to covid (positive test, inability to travel due to a government change, etc..) you will have the possibility of using your deposit for another course organized by the association or to be reimbursed less a contribution to our administrative costs of €50.

• If the course is maintained, in the event of cancellation on your part without specific government constraints, the cancellation rules are the same as in normal times.
