2. What are the purposes and legal bases of Elemental Bodywork's processing of your personal data?

- Provide you with the service(s) offered byElemental Bodywork: Elemental Bodywork may record and manage your registration for training as well as manage the payment of your registration. In this context, the legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract between Elemental Bodywork and you.

- Answering your questions or requests and managing any complaints you may have: Elemental Bodywork may respond to your requests relating to its services in general, the operation of its Site etc. that you send to the address contact@elemental-bodywork.com or by telephone on +33 6 78 90 14 60. In this context, the legal basis for processing is either the performance of the contract if the request relates to the contractual relationship between Elemental Bodywork and you, or the legitimate interest of Elemental Bodywork, and more particularly its economic interest in satisfying your queries and providing information about its services.

3. How long does Elemental Bodywork keep your personal data?

Elemental Bodywork keeps your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is collected and processed.

Elemental Bodywork may, however, keep your personal data for a longer period (in archive form) in order to comply with legal obligations or to take account of applicable limitation periods for asserting, exercising or defending rights before the courts, namely:

- 5 years following the end of the contractual relationship for any data collected as part of a training registration;- 3 years following the last contact with you for any data collected for commercial prospecting purposes;- 10 years for any data required for accounting purposes;- Until the end of the processing of your request for any request/complaint (and in compliance with the limitation periods applicable in the event of litigation); - 2 years for candidate data from the last contact with said candidates, unless said candidates consent to a longer retention period; beyond this, data is archived for 4 years;- When cookies or other tracers not necessary for the operation of the Site are deposited on your terminal, they are retained in compliance with legal obligations and recommendations issued by the authorities (i.e. for a maximum period of 6 months in France).

4. Communication of your personal data

Elemental Bodywork undertakes to keep all personal data collected via its Website and to share them only in certain circumstances and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

Elemental Bodywork may grant access to and communicate your personal data to third-party service providers, acting as subcontractors, to perform services relating to the Site and in particular hosting, storage, analysis, data processing, database management or IT maintenance services.
